The Chief

Originally from Brittany and trained in Grenoble, it was in Paris that chef Maxime Le Meur perfected his skills.
He joined the kitchens of the Apicius restaurant for more than five years and discovered the culinary world of chef Jean Pierre Vigato. Then, after a stint at the Georges V, we were able to discover his menu at the restaurant l'Affable in the 7th arrondissement of Paris before his path found that of his favorite master, chef Jean Pierre Vigato during the reopening of the famous restaurant Lapérouse.
Today, it is his culinary world that he makes us rediscover in his own restaurant, its decor, its colors, its cuisine...
